About Lincoln

Hello Lion Families: Welcome to Lincoln Elementary School! We are located on the west side of Green Bay. We are fortunate to have approximately 225 students in Early Childhood and Kindergarten through 5th grade attending our school. Our staff is dedicated to meeting our vision of creating a destination school where students, staff and the community are family. Each day our mission is to promote a sense of belonging through love, laughter and hope. We are a family at Lincoln and collaborate with staff, students, parents and community members to help all of our students meet their goals. 

We are a School wide Title 1 site with 1:1 technology for all our students. Our school's goals focus on reading, math, and engaging students and families in the learning process. We do this by focusing on these three concepts: identity, agency and belonging. Lincoln students have a positive self identity as both a person and learner. Through agency they see challenges as opportunities to get better. They know the work they do today will help them in the future. All students belong to the Lincoln family day one at the school, and that commitment doesn’t stop when they leave to attend middle school. Check out the Lion Pledge that our students say daily:

Today I will do something great! I am an important member of the Lion Family and loved. There will be opportunities, I will use them to get better. I may get knocked down, I will persevere  and get back up. It is a great day to be a Lincoln Lion!

Our Parent Teacher Organization is very supportive and involved in our school. Check out their Facebook page. Our PTO hosts several family events. They support the school by covering the cost of buses for field trips, donating funds to help purchase our new playground, and funding many other supplies that are needed by our students and staff. Please support their fundraisers and consider volunteering. The PTO is always looking for more ideas and new people to help support the great work they do. Working together will help our students be successful!
